Orbisphere 6110 is an ideal solution for final analysis in beverage packaging. Its unique gas phase technology eliminates contact between sensing elements and the liquid. Thus, maintenance frequency is reduced by eliminating difficult tasks such as bleaching hoses and replacing valves to prevent contamination. CO₂ level analysis measurement provides accurate results at any temperature without the need to heat the sample.
Additionally, this device balances CO₂ results in any packaging depending on Nitrogen content, offering an ideal option for analysis in the direct filling unit. Troubleshooting in the filling unit is facilitated by measuring total oxygen in packaging (TPO) and oxygen in the headspace. The 6110 performs repeatable analysis with minimal operator intervention. Proper positioning of packages can be ensured through intersecting laser markers, and the intuitive touchscreen interface allows sampling from products to be completed quickly, easily, and consistently by both line operators and laboratory personnel.
