Sudmo Check Valve F264J is a piston type valve held in a normally closed position by a light stainless steel spring to provide low cracking pressure and minimum pressure loss or High Cv across the valve when fully open. When forward flow begins, the valve piston moves and compresses the spring until it reaches a movement restriction at the fully open position. The valve is designed with a robust, single piece fully machined stainless steel body. Together with heavy duty cast body flanges, the valve body can withstand pressure increases far beyond the recommended maximum pressure rating of 10 bar. For optimum performance, it is recommended that the valve be mounted in a vertical direction with the flow direction facing upward.
