Südmo Hygienic Butterfly Valves can be operated with a manual lever or remotely controlled with an automatic pneumatic actuator. The manual version comes standard with a double/multi-position handle detent plate that can be easily reconfigured to fit any of four operating quadrants and can also be placed in a custom configuration, and also comes standard with a padlock feature. 

The automatic version valve can be supplied in three configurations: Spring to Close (STC), Spring to Open (STO), or Double Acting (DA).
