Pentair Südmo's IntelliTop 2.0 control unit combines process valve triggering and monitoring in a single unit. These decentralized control heads located in process valves make it easy to reduce hose and cable lengths that simplify system design and reduce installation work. 


Valve position and communication errors can be easily seen from any angle or distance. Green, yellow and red signal colors can be assigned for the specific needs of each process system. 

The innovative Intelli-Pulse-Flush (IPF) function can also be enabled for removable dual-seated valves. The vibrating valve disk movement not only optimally cleans all valve areas due to continuous flow turbulence, but also provides sustainable savings from water and CIP cleaning detergents. IntelliTop 2.0's travel measurement system monitors up to three switching positions of the process valve. Simple setup with a programmable three-button interface provides a fast and reliable process start. A convenient service function provides fast and reliable process valve service with the control head always closed for protection. 


Recently, communication via IO-Link is also available, allowing the recording of additional process parameters such as delays in valve switching times. This enables early detection of wear and tear on seals at an early stage for better planned preventive maintenance. IntelliTop 2.0's small size and state-of-the-art product industrial design give this system an attractive appearance while providing optimal external cleanliness. The name IntelliTop 2.0 is iconic not only for intelligence but also for flexibility, operator friendliness, cost efficiency and process reliability.
